Whoooeeeeee! It's been a long time. 27+ years as a real estate agent, and I've loved it... well most of the time. There have been some bumps along the way, but so many great people, many who have become my good friends whom I have sold homes to multiple times and now selling homes to their kids and other family members. Most of my Real Estate business is done right here in Pearland and the surrounding cities like Friendswood, Manvel, Rosharon, and Alvin.
I have been married to my hubby Stephen McFarland for almost 33 years! After all these years he is still my best friend and very favorite HUSBAND! Stephen and I both grew up here in Pearland and both of our families still live here so it was the perfect place to raise our family. We have four kids Candace, Blake, Travis and Jayden. We also have four grandkids that we love to the Moon and Back! Kylee, William, Brodie and Ford.
As a Top Producing Pearland Agent, I focus on residential home sales, including single family homes (resales, new construction). I work with both buyers and sellers, and have substantial experience with first time home buyers. I have significant personal relocation experience, and as an agent have helped a number of buyers relocate (from a few hundred miles to across the country). I understand the difficulties of relocation and offer a variety of unique real estate services tailored specifically for relocation clients.
For sellers, I provide a variety of marketing services. Internet marketing is a large part of today's Real Estate. My personal website includes local information, plus all MLS listings!
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Pearland, Silverlake, Friendswood, Manvel, Alvin and surrounding areas. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools and city developments.
